Ayesha has over 12 years of experience working on education reform in Pakistan. Her work has
entailed conducting policy relevant research studies as well as advocating and collaborating with
governments on key issues of reform. Her areas of work have included student assessments, school
effectiveness, teacher education and citizenship education. She has served as an education advisor and
consultant with a variety of international organizations and local non-governmental organizations.
Ayesha holds a M.Ed. in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education
and a B.A. in Psychology from Georgetown University.
