Mashallah is working with SAHE as a Field Research Manager and Program Coordinator. He has been associated with SAHE since 1992 and managed SAHE’s Community Based Schools Program for girls for over a decade. He has developed expertise and experience in designing and managing field research, instrument development, monitoring and training support of surveyors and enumerators. He has led research and baseline studies conducted by SAHE for various projects. Recently, he served as program manager with UNICEF Social Cohesion and Resilience (SC&R) program in Punjab from 2012-2015. He contributed towards SCRA Punjab analysis, facilitated the formation of DWGs in project districts, developed District Action Plans on SC&R, and conducted a series of workshops and orientation sessions along with providing technical support to UNICEF implementing partners and other stakeholders in the SC&R project areas.
